How ComeOnPC compares

Entry plans of the big remote-access tools vs ComeOnPC, billed yearly

Prices in US dollars per month when billed yearly, as published in September 2026 (they change — check each vendor). ComeOnPC now includes real keyboard-and-mouse control, but only when the other person approves it each time and a person is present. Unlike these tools it has no unattended access — nobody can get into a computer with no one there — which keeps it safer and cheaper.

ComeOnPC Team$4.99/acct ($4.08 yr)YesNo, by design
ComeOnPC Business$3.49/acct ($2.92 yr)YesNo, by design

"You save with Pro" compares each product's per-month price with ComeOnPC Pro billed yearly ($4.92/mo). RemotePC also sells a single-computer Solo plan at about $1.95 a month, cheaper than Pro if you only ever need unattended access to one machine of your own.

Questions

Most sessions connect directly between the two browsers and use none of your allowance. When a network blocks direct connections, the picture travels through our relay instead. A relayed hour of ordinary desktop work uses well under a tenth of a gigabyte; full-motion video can reach about one gigabyte an hour. If a paid plan's allowance runs out, your sessions follow the Free plan's limits until the next month, or you can add a 100 GB relay pack for $12 ($0.12 per GB). Packs are one-off and do not expire.

No. Only the person running the session needs one. The other person just opens the site, exchanges the code and address, and chooses "I need help" or "Help someone". Nothing is installed on either computer to view, talk, chat or point.

Only if you say yes, every time. It needs the free ComeOnPC Helper running on the computer being helped, and you approve each request on your own screen and can stop it instantly. Anything that needs Windows administrator permission still has to be confirmed at that computer. There is no unattended access.

Yes, at any time, from Account › Plan and billing › Manage billing. Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month; yearly plans run to the end of the year you paid for. There are no cancellation fees.

No. Video and voice travel directly between the two browsers, encrypted end to end, or through a relay that cannot decrypt them. Nothing is recorded on our servers. See the privacy policy.
